I can’t believe it’s been almost two years since I’ve posted anything. This just tells me two things:

  1. Time goes by way too fast.
  2. I need to be more productive with the time I have

In the meantime, here’s a little poem I wrote about writing:

I tried to write a story,
The best there is, no doubt.
But as soon as I sat down
I forgot what it was about.

Wait, I remember now!
I grab my paper and pen.
But sitting at my desk
I’ve forgotten again.

Pacing back and forth,
I recall the theme this time.
But sitting at my desk,
Again, it slips my mind.

Now you may be thinking
I have a bad memory.
But the problem is my desk
And definitely not me!
