I received my MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Writing for Children from The New School. I’m currently working on a YA novel that’s one-third fantasy, one-third realistic and half thriller. I’m also bad at math, which is why I prefer writing fiction.

At the rate I’m going, by the time I’m finished writing my book, all the fantasy stuff will be possible in real life so it won’t be considered fantasy anymore.

And I spend a lot of time at Starbucks.
